Common use of Execution of Instruments Clause in Contracts

Checks, notes, drafts, other commercial instruments, assignments, guarantees of signatures, and contracts (except as otherwise provided herein or by law) shall be executed by the President, any Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, or such officers or employees or agents as the Managers or any of such designated officers may direct.
