Execution of deeds. The Company may execute a document as a deed if the document is expressed to be executed as a deed and is executed in accordance with this Rule 21.
Execution of deeds. Following receipt of an Option Notice: (i) County shall promptly proceed to cause the County Deed, or County Deeds (as applicable), to be executed by County in accordance with County’s internal processes and procedures; and
Execution of deeds. In accordance with the Law, the Company may execute any deed or other instrument (which would otherwise be required to be executed under Seal) by the signature of such deed or instrument as a deed by a Director or by the Secretary of the Company or by such other person as the Directors may appoint or by any other person or attorney on behalf of the Company appointed by a deed or other instrument executed as a deed by a Director or the Secretary or such other person as aforesaid.
Execution of deeds. Upon the completion of any sale or sales made by the Mortgagee under Section 13 of this Mortgage, the Mortgagee, or an officer of any court empowered to do so, shall execute and deliver to the accepted purchaser or purchasers a good and sufficient instrument, or good and sufficient instruments, granting, conveying, assigning and transferring all estate, right, title and interest in and to the property and rights sold. The Mortgagee is hereby irrevocably appointed the true and lawful attorney of the Mortgagors (coupled with an interest), in its name and stead, to make all necessary conveyances, assignments, transfers and deliveries of the Mortgaged Property and rights so sold and for that purpose the Mortgagee may execute all necessary instruments of conveyance, assignment, transfer and delivery, and may substitute one or more persons with like power, the Mortgagor hereby ratifying and confirming all that its said attorney or such substitute or substitutes shall lawfully do by virtue hereof. Nevertheless, the Mortgagor, if so requested by the Mortgagee, shall ratify and confirm any such sale or sales by executing and delivering to the Mortgagee or to such purchaser or purchasers all such instruments as may be advisable, in the judgment of the Mortgagee, for such purpose, and as may be designated in such request. Any such sale or sales made under or by virtue of this Mortgage, whether made under the power of sale herein granted or under or by virtue of judicial proceedings or of a judgment or decree of foreclosure and sale, shall operate to divest all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, of the Mortgagor in and to the properties and rights so sold, and shall be a perpetual bar both at law and in equity against the Mortgagor and against any and all persons claiming or who may claim the same, or any part thereof, either from, through or under the Mortgagor.
