Execution of Data Transfer Agreements. Upon the request of Novartis, NLS shall enter into appropriate data transfer agreements with Novartis and its Affiliates as needed to satisfy cross-border transfer obligations relating to personal data, such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other similar agreements.
Execution of Data Transfer Agreements. Upon the request of Customer, EzoTech Inc. will enter into appropriate data transfer agreements with Customer and its Affiliates as needed to satisfy cross-border transfer obligations relating to Personal Data. For each and every SOW that references cross-border Personal Data processing, execution by Customer of the SOW will constitute the necessary consent to EzoTech Inc. to undertake such processing as required to fulfill its obligations under that SOW.
