Execution of Contracts. Each of the President and Chief Executive Officer or such subordinate officer or officers designated by the President and Chief Executive Officer or any officer designated by the Representative Committee shall have the authority to execute on behalf of the Company and the Partnership all agreements, instruments and documents, including, without limitation, checks, drafts, notes and other negotiable

Execution of Contracts.
