Execution of Bonds. The Bonds shall be signed in the name and on behalf of the Issuer with the manual or facsimile signature of an Authorized Issuer Representative. The Bonds shall then be delivered to the Bondowner Representative for authentication by the Bondowner Representative. In case any officer who shall have signed any of the Bonds shall cease to be such officer before the Bonds so signed shall have been authenticated or delivered by the Bondowner Representative or issued by the Issuer, such Bonds may nevertheless be authenticated, delivered and issued and, upon such authentication, delivery and issuance, shall be as binding upon the Issuer as though the officers who signed the same had continued to be such officers of the Issuer. Also, any Bond may be signed on behalf of the Issuer by an Authorized Issuer Representative although on the nominal date of such Bond any such person shall not have been an Authorized Issuer Representative. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication in the form set forth in Exhibit A, manually executed by the Bondowner Representative, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Indenture and such certificate of the Bondowner Representative shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

Execution of Bonds. The bonds of Series 2002 shall be executed on behalf of the Company by its President or one of its Vice Presidents, manually or by facsimile signature, and shall have its corporate seal affixed thereto or a facsimile of such seal imprinted thereon, attested by its Secretary or one of its Assistant Secretaries, manually or by facsimile signature, all as may be provided by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company. In case any officer or officers whose signature or signatures, manual or facsimile, shall appear upon any bond of Series 2002 shall cease to be such officer or officers before such bond shall have been actually authenticated and delivered, such bond nevertheless may be issued, authenticated and delivered with the same force and effect as though the person or persons whose signature or signatures, manual or facsimile, appear thereon had not ceased to be such officer or officers of the Company.

Execution of Bonds. The Bonds shall be executed on behalf of the District by the manual or facsimile signatures of the Mayor, and City Clerk, who are in office on the date of adoption of this Agreement or at any time thereafter. Unless otherwise provided in any Supplemental Agreement with respect to the Bonds, the Bonds shall then be delivered to the Fiscal Agent for authentication. If any officer whose signature appears on any Bond ceases to be such officer before delivery of the Bonds to the owner, such signature shall nevertheless be as effective as if the officer had remained in office until the delivery of the Bonds to the owner. Any Bond may be signed and attested on behalf of the District by such persons as at the actual date of the execution of such Bond shall be the proper officers of the District although at the nominal date of such Bond any such person shall not have been such officer of the District. Only such Bonds as shall bear thereon a certificate of authentication in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A, executed and dated by the Fiscal Agent, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Agreement, and such certificate of authentication of the Fiscal Agent shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds registered hereunder have been duly authenticated, registered and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Agreement.
Execution of Bonds. The Chair or the Executive Director of the Authority is hereby authorized and directed to execute each of the Bonds on behalf of the Authority and the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the Authority is hereby authorized and directed to countersign each of the Bonds on behalf of the Authority. In case any officer whose signature appears on the Bonds shall cease to be such officer before the delivery of the Bonds to the purchaser thereof, such signature shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes as if such officer had remained in office until such delivery of the Bonds. Only those Bonds bearing thereon a certificate of authentication in the form hereinbefore recited, executed manually and dated by the Trustee, shall be entitled to any benefit, protection or security hereunder or be valid or obligatory for any purpose, and such certificate of the Trustee shall be conclusive evidence that the Bonds so authenticated have been duly authorized, executed, issued and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefit, protection and security hereof.

Execution of Bonds. The Bonds shall be executed by the President or Vice President of the Authority, or a facsimile of the signature of such President or Vice President may be imprinted, engraved or otherwise reproduced thereon, and attested by the Vice President or the Secretary-Treasurer of the Authority. In case the officers who have signed any of said Bonds, or whose facsimile signature appears thereon, shall cease to be such officers of the Authority before the Bonds shall be duly issued and delivered, such Bonds shall, nevertheless, be the Bonds of the Authority and in all respects binding and obligatory upon it to the same extent as if signed and sealed by the officers of the Authority at the date of the actual issuance and delivery thereof.

Execution of Bonds. The Bonds shall be executed on behalf of the Issuer by one of its Authorized Representatives. The signature of any such officers on the Bonds may be manual or facsimile. Bonds bearing the manual or facsimile signatures of individuals who were, at the time such signatures were affixed, the proper officers of the Issuer shall bind the Issuer, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to hold such offices prior to the authentication and delivery of such Bonds or did not hold such offices at the date of such Bonds.
Execution of Bonds. The Bonds delivered on the Closing Date and at any time prior to the Dissolution Date shall be executed on behalf of the Authority by the signature of the Chair or the Executive Officer or the written designee of either of them and the signature of the Secretary of the Authority who are in office on the date of execution and delivery of this Indenture. Bonds executed on or after the Dissolution Date shall be executed on behalf of the Administrator by the signature of the Mayor or City Manager of the Administrator who are in office as of the date of execution thereof. Any of such signatures may be made manually or may be affixed by facsimile thereof. If any officer whose signature appears on any Bond ceases to be such officer before delivery of the Bonds to the purchaser, such signature shall nevertheless be as effective as if the officer had remained in office until the delivery of the Bonds to the purchaser. Any Bond may be signed and attested on behalf of the Authority or the Administrator by such persons as at the actual date of the execution of such Bond shall be the proper officers of the Authority or the Administrator, respectively, although on the date of such Bond any such person shall not have been such officer of the Authority or the Administrator. Only such of the Bonds as shall bear thereon a Certificate of Authentication in the form hereinbefore set forth, manually executed and dated by the Trustee, shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose or entitled to the benefits of this Indenture, and such Certificate shall be conclusive evidence that such Bonds have been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder and are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture. In the event temporary Bonds are issued pursuant to Section 2.09 hereof, the temporary Bonds may bear thereon a Certificate of Authentication executed and dated by the Trustee, may be initially registered by the Trustee, and, until so exchanged as provided under Section 2.09 hereof, the temporary Bonds shall be entitled to the same benefits pursuant to this Indenture as definitive Bonds authenticated and delivered hereunder.
