Common use of Execution by Counterpart Clause in Contracts

Execution by Counterpart. This Lease may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument, binding on the Parties. Facsimile signatures or signatures electronically transmitted (e.g., PDF, electronic mail, DocuSign, or other formats) will be deemed original signatures and enforceable as such. This Lease will not be enforceable by or against any of the Parties until all of the Parties have signed below.
