Common use of Execution by Corporation Clause in Contracts

Execution by Corporation. If Tenant is a corporation, then the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant to Landlord that they are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on Tenant’s behalf in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of Tenant, a copy of which is to be delivered to Landlord on execution hereof, and in accordance with the Bylaws of Tenant, and that this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.
