Common use of Executed Credit Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Agent of duly executed copies of: the Original Credit Agreement; the Notes issued pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement; the Security Documents and the Guarantees; and all other Credit Documents, and each other agreement, document, certificate or instrument described on the Closing Checklist attached to the Original Credit Agreement as Exhibit K, each in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Lenders in their sole discretion.

Executed Credit Documents. Receipt by the Agent of duly executed copies of: the Original of this Credit Agreement; , the Notes issued pursuant to the Original Credit Agreement; the Security Documents and the Guarantees; and Notes, all other Credit DocumentsDocuments amended or otherwise modified or executed in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, document, certificate or instrument described on the Closing Checklist attached to the Original Credit Agreement hereto as Exhibit K, each in form and substance acceptable to the Agent and the Lenders in their sole discretionreasonable judgment.
