Exculpatory Clause. Notwithstanding any provision of this Lease to the contrary, the liability of Landlord under and with respect to this Lease shall be limited to the interest of Landlord in the Premises, and any judgment in favor of Tenant or any party claiming by, through or under Tenant against Landlord shall be collectable only out of Landlord's interest in the Premises.
