Exclusive Photographer. CLIENT agrees and understands that no other party other than PHOTOGRAPHER may take pictures of any poses, lighting situations, or setups made by the photographer. This slows down the photographer’s work and violates the photographer’s right to take pictures of the event. CLIENT agrees to take responsibility for insisting that no person(s) get in the way of the PHOTOGRAPHER or take pictures in these situations.
Exclusive Photographer. Xxxxxxxx Photography shall be the exclusive photographers retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph during the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties (specifically flash photography while the Photographer is working) and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer.
Exclusive Photographer. The Photographer and videographer shall be the exclusive retained by the Client for the purpose of documenting the wedding and other contracted event(s). Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere (standing in front of or behind the photographer), with the Photographer's working. It is most preferred when all guests are requested not to photograph the event and enjoy the event.
Exclusive Photographer. It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the wedding while the Photographer is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of Reservation Deposit by Client.
Exclusive Photographer. The Photographer and/or any photographers hired by the Photographer to photograph shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of the portrait photography. Family and friends of the clients and other event vendors shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties. Guests will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of the event to ensure proper exposure of images. Expenses Travel expenses such as parking, shipping, or destination fees must be reimbursed to the Photographer and will be added to the balance due after the event. Travel fees are pre-determined and will be set out in the initial payment total. Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits. Event Food Service A light meal is required for events up to 6 hours for the Photographer. For events up to and past 8 hours a full course meal is required. If no meal is provided, it is understood that the Photographer will leave the event to purchase a meal. Garments The Photographer cannot be held responsible for damage to Garments due to environmental events. Client is responsible to arrange personal assistance for garments. Creative License Images are edited at the Photographer’s discretion, and delivered prints may not include all images shot. The Photographer reserves the creative rights to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards.
Exclusive Photographer. TaraWeddings photographer(s) shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the Client for the purpose of photographing the wedding. Family and friends of the Client shall be permitted to photograph the wedding as long as they shall not interfere with the Photographer’s duties and do not photograph poses arranged by the Photographer. The client is responsible to provide a vendor table for the TaraWeddings team during the reception.
Exclusive Photographer. It is understood Xxxxxx Sens is the official Photographer to perform the services on this contract during the days July 12-14, 2018.

Exclusive Photographer. The Client understands that LD Studios is the exclusive, official photographer to provide services requested on this contract. The Client understands that no other photographers shall be commissioned for contract services.
