Exclusive Financing Source. (a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.3(b) and Section 4.3, from the date hereof until July 1, 2000, Investor shall have the sole right to provide the Company with equity financing. Except as otherwise provided in Section 4.3, from July 1, 2000 until the Redemption Date, Investor shall have the right of first refusal set forth in Section 2.3(c) with respect to any proposed financing of or investment in the Company.
