Exclusion of Other Rights. Except as provided in the Charter or the Bylaws of the Corporation or as may otherwise be required by law and except for the equitable rights and remedies which may otherwise be available to holders of Series A-1 Preferred Stock, the shares of Series A-1 Preferred Stock shall not have any designations, preferences, limitations or relative rights other than those specifically set forth herein.
