Exclusion of Other Remedies. The provisions of Sections 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Law, be the sole and exclusive remedies of the HPI Group and the Enterprise Group, as applicable, for any Liability, whether arising from statute, principle of common or civil law, principles of strict liability, tort, contract or otherwise under this Agreement.
