Exchanging Shifts. ‌ Employees may, by mutual agreement, exchange shifts within a seven-day workweek, provided that the employees have the skills, ability, and training to perform the work required and provided that no overtime or other penalties would be payable by the Employer to the employee(s) if such overtime would not have occurred in the first instance.
