Common use of Exchange Rates Clause in Contracts

Exchange Rates. On each Calculation Date, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Exchange Rate as of such Calculation Date to be used for calculating relevant Dollar Equivalent and Alternative Currency Equivalent amounts. The Exchange Rates so determined shall become effective on such Calculation Date, shall remain effective until the next succeeding Calculation Date and shall for all purposes of this Agreement (other than any provision expressly requiring the use of a current Exchange Rate) be the Exchange Rates employed in converting any amounts between the applicable currencies.

Exchange Rates. (i) On each Calculation Determination Date, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Exchange Rate as of such Calculation Determination Date with respect to be used for calculating relevant Dollar Equivalent and Alternative Currency Equivalent amountsall Alternate Currencies. The Exchange Rates so determined shall become effective on such Calculation the first Business Day immediately following the relevant Determination Date (a “Reset Date”), shall remain effective until the next succeeding Calculation Date Reset Date, and shall for all purposes of this Agreement (other than any provision expressly requiring the use of a current Exchange Rate) be the Exchange Rates employed in converting determining the Dollar Equivalent of any amounts between the applicable currenciesof such Alternate Currencies.
