Exchange Approvals. (a) The Purchaser shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the Exchange Approvals as soon as reasonably practicable.
Exchange Approvals. At the First Closing Date, the Company has made all required submissions to Nasdaq regarding the Conversion Shares and shall have not received any notice objecting to the listing of the Conversion Shares from Nasdaq. Prior to the First Closing Date, the Company shall have received the conditional approval of the TSX to the transactions contemplated herein, in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer acting reasonably and shall have obtained all shareholder approvals required by the TSX as required by such conditional approval.
Exchange Approvals. The necessary conditional approvals or equivalent approvals, as the case may be, of the Nasdaq and TSXV have been obtained, including in respect of the listing of the Purchaser Common Shares constituting the Consideration on the Nasdaq.
Exchange Approvals. 9.1 Each of the Parties acknowledges and agrees that their respective rights and obligations hereunder are subject to acceptance by the Exchange, if required under the policies of the Exchange, of a filing to be made in respect of this Agreement.
Exchange Approvals. The Purchaser Shares to be issued pursuant to the Arrangement shall have been authorized for listing on the Nasdaq, subject only to conditions that are customary for the Nasdaq in such transactions.
Exchange Approvals. The Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the issuance of the Convertible Note and the listing of the Common Shares issuable upon conversion of the Convertible Note; and

(1) The GTI Delisting Resolution shall have been approved and adopted by GTI Shareholders at the GTI Meeting and GTI shall have obtained the approval of the TSXV for the GTI Delisting, effective as of the Effective Time, and (2) Yooma shall have obtained the conditional approval of the CSE for the listing of the Resulting Issuer Shares issuable pursuant to the Arrangement on the CSE, effective as of the Effective Time, which conditional approval shall not have been revoked.
Exchange Approvals evidence that all necessary Exchange Approvals to this agreement and the transactions contemplated by it have been obtained;
Exchange Approvals. Candeleria shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain conditional and final acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange to the transactions contemplated in this Agreement and other Transaction Documents.
