Common use of Exchange and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Exchange and Transfer. (a) This Warrant Agreement may be exchanged for other Warrant Agreements representing an equal aggregate number of Warrants of the same class or may be transferred in whole or in part. Warrant Agreements to be exchanged shall be surrendered to the Company at its Corporate Office, and upon satisfaction of the terms and provisions hereof, the Company shall execute deliver in exchange therefor the Warrant Agreement or Agreements which the Warrant Holder making the exchange shall be entitled to receive.
