Excess Sick Leave. If, after exhausting, all sick leave, a teacher is absent from his/ her duties due to personal accidental injury, illness, or pregnancy, the teacher shall receive for a period of twenty (20) days his/her full contract salary less current substitute rate per day.

Teachers working other than full-time will receive excess sick leave in proportion to time worked.
