Excess Principal Collections. (a) That portion of Excess Principal Collections for any Distribution Date equal to the amount of Series 2009 Excess Principal Collections for such Distribution Date will be allocated to Series 2009 and will be distributed as set forth in this Series Supplement.

Excess Principal Collections. Subject to Section 4.03(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and Section 8.05 of the Indenture, Excess Principal Collections allocable to Series [200_-_] on any Transfer Date will be equal to the product of (x) the aggregate amount of Excess Principal Collections with respect to all Principal Sharing Series for such Transfer Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Principal Shortfalls for Series [200_-_] for such Transfer Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfall for all the Series which are Principal Sharing Series for such Transfer Date. For this purpose, each outstanding series of certificates issued by First Bankcard Master Credit Card Trust (other than any series represented by the Collateral Certificate) shall be deemed to be a Principal Sharing Series. The "Principal Shortfall" for Series [200_-_] will be equal to (a) for any Transfer Date with respect to the Revolving Period, zero, (b) for any Transfer Date with respect to the Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount with respect to such Transfer Date over the amount of Available Principal Collections for such Transfer Date (excluding any portion thereof attributable to Excess Principal Collections) and (c) for any Transfer Date with respect to the Rapid Amortization Period, the excess, if any, of the Collateral Amount with respect to such Transfer Date over the amount of Available Principal Collections for such Transfer Date (excluding any portion thereof attributable to Excess Principal Collections). Excess Principal Collections remaining on any Transfer Date after payment of Principal Shortfalls for all Series in Group I, and after any application of Excess Principal Collections as principal with respect to any Variable Interest or variable funding certificates in such Group will be distributed to the Holder of the Transferor Interest or deposited in the Excess Funding Account in accordance with subsection 4.03(e) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement or Section 8.05 of the Indenture, as applicable.
Excess Principal Collections. Excess Principal Collections allocated to the Series 2000-1 Certificates for any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.1(f)(a), and available for distribution to the Certificateholders pursuant to Section 4.9(j)(B), shall mean an amount equal to the product of (x) Excess Principal Collections for all series for such Distribution Date and (y) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Series 2000-1 Principal Shortfall for such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate amount of Principal Shortfalls for all series for such Distribution Date. For any Distribution Date during the Revolving Period, Excess Principal Collections from another series allocated to the Series 2000-1 Certificates shall be zero.
Excess Principal Collections. The Servicer will allocate Series 2003-VFN-A Excess Principal Collections and treat as Available Investor Principal Collections an amount equal to the Series 2003-VFN-A Principal Shortfall, to the extent available. In the event there is no Series 2003-VFN-A Principal Shortfall, Series 2003-VFN-A Excess Principal Collections will be allocated and distributed in accordance with Section 4.4 of the Trust Sale and Servicing Agreement.

The Servicer shall pay any remaining Excess Principal Collections on any Business Day to the Holders of the Transferor Interest, provided that if the Transferor Interest as determined on such Business Day (after giving effect to any Principal Receivables transferred to the Trust on such date) does not exceed the Minimum Transferor Interest on such date, then such remaining Excess Principal Collections shall be deposited in the Excess Funding Account to be held and/or distributed as provided in Section 8.03.
Excess Principal Collections. (a) On each Distribution Date, the Indenture Trustee is required, to the extent provided in the Indenture Supplements, to pay to the Trustee the Excess Available Principal Amounts, if any, in respect of such Distribution Date. For any Distribution Date with respect to the Revolving Period, Excess Principal Collections allocated to the Series 2002-1 Certificates shall be zero.

Excess Principal Collections. On each day, the Servicer shall allocate Excess Principal Collections to each Series to cover Principal Shortfalls as set forth in the related Series Supplement. To the extent that Excess Principal Collections exceed Principal Shortfalls, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee in writing to withdraw such amount from the Collection Account and, first, shall deposit an amount therefrom into the Excess Funding Account such that the Pool Balance is not less than the Required Pool Balance, and second, shall pay any remaining amounts to the Certificateholders as provided in the Trust Agreement or, to the extent requested by the Certificateholders, deposit such amounts into the Excess Funding Account.
