Common use of Exceptions to this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Exceptions to this Agreement. To provide you with the best service possible, and when it serves the best interests of all members of our Credit Union, you agree that we may make exceptions to (waive) any term of this Agreement. You further understand and agree that if we make an exception to this Agreement it does not affect our right to rely on and/or use (apply) any term of this Agreement in the future.
