Exceptional Issues. Where GEPC contemplates some action not discussed at an annual meeting which could have impact on employees in 2 EU countries involving these exceptional issues described in Art. 18.3 of the Spanish Legislation Central Management will inform the EWC through an extraordinary meeting with the Select Committee with the attendance of those other members of the EWC of the affected countries. If the Chairman of the EWC and the Human Resource Director agree, this meeting could be done through teleconference.
