Exception to Single Class. In addition to any other approvals required by applicable law, any addition to, change to or removal of any right, privilege, restriction or condition attaching to the Series A Shares as a series or the Class A Preferred Shares as a class requires the affirmative vote or written approval of the Series A Majority Holders.
