Common use of Except Clause in Contracts

Except. (a) as provided in clauses 11.1 and 11.2; and (b) for any indemnity expressed to be given in favour of or any obligation expressed to be owed to any Group Company, no term of this agreement is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ by a person who is not a party.
