Except that. (a) Nothing in this clause shall require an employee to be available to work in more than one skill set where agreement between the individual employee and employer to work in only one skill set exists. (b) Employees who only work in plain film with no post graduate diploma (or equivalent) shall not receive two steps. (c) Nothing in clause 5.1.4 shall apply to unit, area charge or charge MRTs.
