Common use of Excavation Clause in Contracts

Excavation. If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Excavation. If any an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the BuildingLeased Premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Leased Premises for the purpose of performing doing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building wall or the building of which the Leased Premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundationsfoundation, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing indemnity from Landlord, or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Leasediminution or abatement of Rent.

If any an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the BuildingLeased Premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, excavation license to enter upon the Leased Premises for the purpose of performing doing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building wall or the building of which the Leased Premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundationsfoundation, without any claim for damages or liability against indemnity from Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Leasediminution or abatement of rent.

If any an excavation shall be made upon land the Premises adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, a license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem reasonably necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building and Premises from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Excavation. If any an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the BuildingPremises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Premises at a time convenient to Tenant so as not to interfere with Tenant's operations, for the purpose of performing doing such work as said person Owner shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building wall of the building of which the Premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability indemnification against Landlord and without reducing Owner or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Leasediminution or abatement or rent.

Excavation. Shoring: 35. If any an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Buildingdemised premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Premises demised premises for the purpose of performing doing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building wall or the building of which demised premises form a part from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, foundations without any claim for damages or liability indemnity against Landlord and without reducing Owner, or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Leasediminution or abatement of rent.

Excavation. If any an excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the BuildingLeased Premises, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter upon the Leased Premises for the purpose of performing doing such work as said person Landlord shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building Leased Premises from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without asserting any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Leasefor diminution or abatement of rent.

ARTICLE XXIII - TENANTS PROPERTY

If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the BuildingBuildings, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises Property for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building Buildings from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without without, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.
