Examples of Items. Conditions Not Covered: This Agreement does not cover the following: any outside water line in excess of 500 feet in length; any costs in excess of $2,000 in aggregate per Agreement term; any outside water service line not connected to a public water system, including but not limited to water lines connected to a well system; lead piping; utility meters; stoppages or blockages caused by root invasion and/or by foreign objects, such as but not limited to, toys and bottle caps; sprinkler and/or any irrigation lines or systems; any interior water or sewer lines. The following are examples of items/transactions not eligible for PayPal Seller Protection:  Claims or Chargebacks for Significantly Not as Described.  Items that you deliver in person, including at a point of sale.  Intangible items, including businesses, Digital Goods, travel tickets, gift vouchers and services.  PayPal Direct Payments (including Virtual Terminal Payments and Website Payments Pro/Plus payments), PayPal Here Payments (including, without limitation, check-in payments and invoice payments), PayPal carrier billing products and PayPal Email Payments  Items that are not shipped to the recipient address. If you originally ship the item to the recipient address but the item is later redirected to a different address, you will not be eligible for PayPal Seller Protection. We therefore recommend not using a shipping service that is arranged by the buyer, so that you will be able to provide valid proof of shipping and delivery.  Items that are sent after PayPal has advised the Seller not to release the item.

  • Exception Items When we review and process your electronic file, we may reject any electronic image that we determine to be ineligible for the service ("Exception Item") including, without limitation, electronic images of items drawn on banks located outside the United States, items drawn on U.S. Banks in foreign currency, electronic images that are illegible (due to poor image quality or otherwise), electronic images of items previously processed, electronic images previously converted to substitute checks, and electronic images with unreadable MICR information. We will notify you of any Exception Items. You agree that if you wish to attempt to deposit any Exception Item to any of your accounts with Credit Union, you will only do so by depositing the original item on which the Exception Item is based. You acknowledge and agree that even if you do not initially identify an electronic image as an Exception Item, the substitute check created by the Credit Union there from may nevertheless be returned to Credit Union because, among other reasons, the electronic image is deemed illegible by a paying bank. Credit Union's failure to identify an Exception Item shall not preclude or limit your obligations to Credit Union.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.

  • Client Classification 7.1. We shall not have an obligation to treat our clients in different classes depending on their knowledge and expertise.

  • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Company is collecting the Subscriber's personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Subscription Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be disclosed by the Company to (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Company's registrar and transfer agent, (c) Canadian tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including legal counsel, and may be included in record books in connection with the Offering. By executing this Subscription Agreement, the Subscriber is deemed to be consenting to the foregoing collection, use and disclosure of the Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) and to the retention of such personal information for as long as permitted or required by law or business practice. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing Shares as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the identity of such undisclosed principal as may be required by the Company in order to comply with the foregoing.

  • Contractor Personnel – Reference Checks The Contractor warrants that all persons employed to provide service under this Contract have satisfactory past work records indicating their ability to adequately perform the work under this Contract. Contractor’s employees assigned to this project must meet character standards as demonstrated by background investigation and reference checks, coordinated by the agency/department issuing this Contract.

  • Description of Covered Items Mechanical parts and components of basic single water softener unit, including central head assembly; multi-level/twin softeners; piping to and from unit(s) and system tanks. Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered: Any and all treatment, purification, odor control, iron filtration components and systems; discharge drywells; failure due to excessive water pressure or freeze damage; failures due to mineral and/or sediment; resin bed replacement and salt.
