Common use of EXAMINING COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

EXAMINING COMMITTEE. 31. The examining committee referred to in Article 30 shall consist of persons selected for their competence and integrity, who in the performance of their duties shall neither seek nor receive instructions from any State or territory or from any authority or organization other than the Economic Union. They shall be appointed, on such terms and conditions as may be decided, by majority vote of the Economic Affairs Council.
