  • INFORMATION AND CONSULTATION 8.1 You are entitled, under the Data Protection Xxx 0000 to inspect personal information held on you in our housing files. We will provide photocopies of this information on request. We may make a charge of up to £10 for this. We will provide you with a copy of any such information we hold within forty days of your request in writing. You may have other rights under that Act in relation to your personal data, which we will honour.   • INSPECTIONS AND AUDITS 2 A. ADMINISTRATOR, any authorized representative of COUNTY, any authorized representative 3 of the State of California, the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, 4 the Comptroller General of the United States, or any other of their authorized representatives, shall have 5 access to any books, documents, and records, including but not limited to, financial statements, general 6 ledgers, relevant accounting systems, medical and client records, of CONTRACTOR that are directly 7 pertinent to this Agreement, for the purpose of responding to a beneficiary complaint or conducting an 8 audit, review, evaluation, or examination, or making transcripts during the periods of retention set forth 9 in the Records Management and Maintenance Paragraph of this Agreement. Such persons may at all 10 reasonable times inspect or otherwise evaluate the services provided pursuant to this Agreement, and the 11 premises in which they are provided.

  • Consultations and Amendments 1. In case any difficulties in the implementation of this Agreement arise, either Party may request consultations to develop appropriate measures to ensure the fulfillment of this Agreement.

  • Field Examinations At the Administrative Agent’s sole option, the Administrative Agent shall have completed its field examinations of the Borrower’s books and records, assets, and operations which examinations will be satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Examinations The Company has not received any notice that any Employee Benefit Plan is currently the subject of an audit, investigation, enforcement action or other similar proceeding conducted by any state or federal agency or authority.

  • COOPERATION IN FUTURE MATTERS The Executive hereby agrees that for a period of 12 months following his termination of employment he shall cooperate with the Company’s reasonable requests relating to matters that pertain to the Executive’s employment by the Company, including, without limitation, providing information or limited consultation as to such matters, participating in legal proceedings, investigations or audits on behalf of the Company, or otherwise making himself reasonably available to the Company for other related purposes. Any such cooperation shall be performed at scheduled times taking into consideration the Executive’s other commitments, and the Executive shall be compensated at a reasonable hourly or per diem rate to be agreed upon by the parties to the extent such cooperation is required on more than an occasional and limited basis. The Executive shall not be required to perform such cooperation to the extent it conflicts with any requirements of exclusivity of services for another employer or otherwise, nor in any manner that in the good faith belief of the Executive would conflict with his rights under or ability to enforce this Agreement.
