Examination and Medical Costs. The Employer shall be responsible for the cost of an initial medical and endorsement examination and once for each subsequent renewal, including mileage to and from the test location, where the Employer’s bus is not used to travel to the test location, from the driver’s home. The Employer shall ensure that a bus is available for an endorsement examination.
Examination and Medical Costs. The Employer shall be responsible for the cost of:
a) Medical as required to obtain and maintain S endorsement licensure;
b) First attempt at S endorsement examination for new bus driver applicants;
c) Subsequent renewals based on S endorsement licensure requirements;
d) Mileage to and from the test location, where the Employer’s bus is not used to travel to the test location, from the driver’s home; and
e) Compensation for time required to attend all S endorsement licensure exams when completed between September and June. The Employer shall ensure that a bus is available for an endorsement examination.
