Grantor’s name in which it has executed this Agreement is the exact name as it appears in such Grantor’s organizational documents, as amended, as filed with such Grantor’s jurisdiction of organization. Except as set forth on Exhibit A, as of the Closing Date, such Grantor has not, during the past five years, been known by or used any other legal name, or currently is not known by or does not use any other corporate or fictitious name.
