EVIDENCES. 18. 1 You agree and acknowledge not to dispute the validity, accuracy or authenticity of any evidences of your instructions or communications between you and the Bank including but not limited to any evidences that are computer records which may take the form of telephone logs, transaction logs, magnetic tapes, cartridges, computer printouts of any communication and any other form of information and data storage, all of which having been produced by the Bank in the course of their ordinary use.
