Common use of Evidence Required Clause in Contracts

Evidence Required. You are expected to prove to the satisfaction of ALDI that your claim for sick leave or carer’s leave is genuine. You will be required to provide evidence such as a medical certificate, a statutory declaration or other evidence as reasonably required by ALDI, where ALDI has concerns about the frequency, length or patterns of your absences.
