Common use of Evidence of Payment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.15, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentLender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Obligor to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower Borrowers to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.16, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by or on behalf of the Borrower Seller to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Agreement, the Borrower Seller shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 3.5, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the a Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 4.1, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.16, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.15, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent Lenders the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.Lenders. (d)

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 6.5, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.7, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and each Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and each Lender.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.13, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.16, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower Company to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Applicable Facility Agent and the General Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Applicable Facility Agent and the General Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As Upon request by the Administrative Agent, as soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower Company to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.28, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 4.03, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Company or each applicable Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by or on behalf of the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Agreement, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower Company to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the [[6069954]] return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the any Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the but only if requested by Agent, such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.14, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.15, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Company or any Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes (or other withholding Taxes) by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this SECTION 2.13, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the a Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as reasonably practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As Upon request by the Paying Agent, as soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Paying Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Paying Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As Upon request from Administrative Agent, and as soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.14, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower or any Guarantor to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.17, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower Company to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting #96405961v16 such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payment. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by the Borrower to a Governmental Authorityan Official Body pursuant to this Section 2.15, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority Official Body evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
