Common use of Evidence of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Coverage. A duplicate original policy or a certificate of insurance shall be deposited with Landlord at the commencement of the Term or, if earlier, upon Tenant’s taking possession of the Premises; and on renewal of the policy a certificate of insurance listing the insurance coverages required hereunder and naming the appropriate additional insureds shall be deposited with Landlord not less than seven (7) days before expiration of the policy.

A duplicate original policy policy, or a certificate of insurance with the actual policy attached shall be deposited with Landlord at before the commencement earlier of the Term or, if earlier, upon Tenant’s taking date Tenant takes possession of the Premises; Premises or authorizes anyone to have access to the Premises for any purposes, including the initial installation of its network cabling, telecommunications and furniture systems, and on renewal of the policy a certificate of insurance listing the insurance coverages required hereunder and naming the appropriate Landlord and any other interested parties as additional insureds insured shall be deposited with Landlord not less than seven (7) days before expiration of the term of the policy.

Evidence of Coverage. A duplicate original policy policy, or a certificate of insurance -------------------- the policy with a duplicate of the actual policy attached, shall be deposited with Landlord at on the commencement of the Term orCommencement Date, if earlier, upon Tenant’s taking possession of the Premises; and on renewal of the policy a certificate of insurance listing the insurance coverages required hereunder and naming the appropriate Landlord and any other interested parties as additional insureds insured shall be deposited with Landlord not less than seven (7) days before expiration of the term of the policy.
