Evidence of Accounts. Any account settled or stated between the Borrower and one or more of the Beneficiaries shall be accepted by the Guarantors as prima facie evidence that the amount thereby appearing due by the Borrower to the Beneficiaries or any of them is so due including, without limitation, the accounts maintained by the Agent pursuant to Section 4.6 of the Term Credit Agreement.

Evidence of Accounts. Any account settled or stated between the Administrative Agent or any Lender, on the one hand, and any Other Loan Party, on the other hand, shall be accepted by the Guarantor as prima facie evidence that the amount thereby appearing due by such Other Loan Party is so due.
Evidence of Accounts. From time to time as the Bank may require, deliver to the Bank schedules of all outstanding Accounts. Such schedules shall be in form satisfactory to the Bank and shall show the age of such Accounts from date of invoice in intervals of not more than thirty (30) days (current and past due amounts), and contain such other information and be accompanied by such supporting documents as the Bank may from time to time prescribe. The Borrower shall also deliver to the Bank such other schedules and information as the Bank may reasonably request. The items to be provided under this Section are to be prepared and delivered to the Bank from time to time solely for its convenience in maintaining records of the Collateral and the Borrower's failure to give any of such items to the Bank shall not affect, terminate, modify or otherwise limit the Bank's security interest granted herein.

Evidence of Accounts. 16.1 The entries made in the accounts maintained by ABN AMRO, the agent and any of the Banks in accordance with usual practice of each of them shall be conclusive evidence between ABN AMRO, the Agent and any of the Banks, on the one hand, the Borrower, on the other hand, in relation to the obligations of the Borrower under this Agreement, in the absence of manifest error. In the event of a dispute with respect to any sum payable according to the accounts of ABN AMRO, the Agent, or any of the Banks by the Borrower under this Agreement, the Borrower shall not be entitled to refuse or suspend payment of such sum to the Agent, the Banks or the relevant Bank, without prejudice to its right to dispute the obligation to pay such sum in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
