EVENT ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE Clause Samples
The Event Attendance Guarantee clause establishes a minimum number of attendees that the event organizer commits to providing for a scheduled event. In practice, this clause may require the organizer to pay a fee or penalty if actual attendance falls below the guaranteed number, or it may affect pricing and resource allocation by the venue or service provider. Its core function is to allocate risk and provide certainty for the event host or venue, ensuring they can plan resources and finances based on a reliable attendance estimate.
