Evening Meal Break. An employee regularly assigned to a shift that ends on or after 8:00 p.m. shall be given a one-half hour paid meal break.

Evening Meal Break. 26.1. Sessional Officers required to work between 5.30pm and 7.30pm shall be entitled to an unpaid meal break of not less than sixty (60) minutes. The Sessional Officer and the Employer may agree to any period of less than sixty (60) minutes but not less than thirty (30) minutes. Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this subclause, the Employer shall determine the time when the Sessional Officer takes their evening meal break.

Evening Meal Break. A meal allowance of $12 dollars gross or a meal provided by the Employer, will be due where without warning on the previous day, the end of an Employees normal work day is extended by two hours or more.

  • Missed Meal Breaks (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) If an employee is authorized to work, during the lunch break, due to the requirements of patient care, he will be paid time and one-half (1½) his regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of his normal daily hours.

  • Meal Break a) Employees who work for more than five continuous hours are entitled to an unpaid meal break of 30 minutes each day.

  • Unpaid Meal Breaks All employees working shifts of five (5) to eight (8) hours are entitled to an unpaid meal break between the third (3rd) and fifth (5th) hour of work. Such meal breaks shall not be less than one-half hour (1/2) nor more than one (1) hour on the employees own time.

  • H3 Break H3.1 The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.

  • Opening Negotiations 4.2.1 Between April 1 and April 30 of each ensuing year, either the Association or the Board shall submit a written request for negotiations to commence to the other party, if it desires there to be negotiations for that year.   • Spring Break 8.3.1 All faculty members shall be granted leave from duty with pay for a two-day spring break, scheduled normally for a consecutive Thursday and Friday in the latter half of the month of February.

If either Buyer or Seller fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement, the other party will deliver written notice to the non- complying party specifying such non-compliance.
