Evening Meal Break. 26.1. Sessional Officers required to work between 5.30pm and 7.30pm shall be entitled to an unpaid meal break of not less than sixty (60) minutes. The Sessional Officer and the Employer may agree to any period of less than sixty (60) minutes but not less than thirty (30) minutes. Notwithstanding paragraph (a) of this subclause, the Employer shall determine the time when the Sessional Officer takes their evening meal break.

  • Missed Meal Breaks (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) If an employee is authorized to work, during the lunch break, due to the requirements of patient care, he will be paid time and one-half (1½) his regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of his normal daily hours.
