Evaluation of Work Performance. 1. The President of the College or the President’s designee shall annually evaluate each professional staff member and shall consider only the following evaluation components: (1) work performance; (2) student advisement and college service, as applicable; and (3) personnel file review. The results of the evaluation shall be applied in a uniform manner.
