EVALUATION OF WORK. The County and its authorized representatives shall have the right at all reasonable times to review or otherwise evaluate the work performed or being performed hereunder and the premises in which it is being performed. If a review or evaluation is being made on the premises of the Contractor, the Contractor shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the County representatives in the performance of their duties. If funds by other agencies or entities are to be used for payment of the services under this contract, the Contractor’s services and work may be subject to periodic review and approval by other agencies or entities, including city, county, state, and/or federal agencies.

If funds by other agencies or entities are to be used for payment of the services under this contract or for any construction project as a consequence of this contract, the Engineer’s services and work may be subject to periodic review and approval by other agencies or entities, including city, county, state, and/or federal agencies.

If any review or evaluation is made on the premises of the Acquisition Provider or a subcontractor, the Acquisition Provider shall provide and require its subcontractor to provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the State or United States Department of Transportation representatives in the performance of their duties.

EVALUATION OF WORK. The level of cleaning is extremely important. Quality of work will be formally evaluated through scheduled inspections once per month by the building representative or his designee. Evaluation of work will include the following: Adherence to work schedule for all scheduled work tasks Performance and quality of cleaning for scheduled work tasks Repetition of violations of work tasks not performed during the month Response time to correct substandard work Adherence to all specifications and requirements of contract documents Performance evaluation forms will be used to log building representative’s overall monthly ratings as either satisfactory or unsatisfactory. Unsatisfactory ratings of two months or more on any building will be cause for the City to re-evaluate the status of the contract. Failure by the contractor to take corrective action upon notification within eight (8) hours may result in the termination of the contract. The intent of this contract is to provide clean, well-maintained building facilities. Adherence to the cleaning specifications and performance standards set forth in the contract will ensure that it is not necessary to invoke any contract penalty. Non- compliance will result in a deduction in payment after two rejections of the same area. A “no-show” of contractor staff will also count as a reason for deduction.
EVALUATION OF WORK. A. Any Employee who is teleworking will have their work evaluated in the same fashion as an onsite Employee, or how the Employee has historically been evaluated while at their regular onsite duty station.
EVALUATION OF WORK. The Custodial contractor’s work will be evaluated on the performance of the custodial staff in maintaining a high state of cleanliness in each facility. Each school will submit a monthly report to the Director of Support Contracts using an automated reporting system. The reports will be available for review by the custodial contractor at any time. A monthly roll-up of all reports submitted will be made available to the custodial contractor and the District’s Chief of Operations. The Chief of Operations and Director of Support Contracts will provide feedback to the contractor’s designated representative. Enclosure 5 is an example report
