Evaluation License Use Sample Clauses

Evaluation License Use. Subject to the terms and conditions offered to Licensee for trial use and the terms of this Agreement, Licensee may access and use the Software and the Service on a trial basis, for the period stated in the Order Form, or where no such Order Form has been executed between the parties to a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the initial access to the Software and the Service (“Trial Period”). At the end of the Trial Period, Licensee’s right to access and use the Software and the Service as provided herein, automatically expires and Licensee agrees to cease accessing and using the Software and the Service. For purposes, of a trial, SDL represents and warrants that it has the right, title and interest to provide the Software and the Service and perform its obligations in accordance with the terms hereof. EXCEPT FOR THE FOREGOING, LICENSEE AGREES THAT THE SOFTWARE AND THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND SDL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, HEREUNDER INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON- INFRINGEMENT.
