Common use of Euro Clause in Contracts

Euro. 5.2.1 In the event that the United Kingdom joins the Economic and Monetary Union (and provided always that the exchange rate for conversion between Sterling and the Euro has been fixed), the CUSTOMER shall at any time thereafter upon three (3) months notice to the CONTRACTOR, be entitled to require the CONTRACTOR at no additional charge to convert the Charges from Sterling into Euros (in accordance with EC Regulation number 1103/97).
