Common use of Euro Clause in Contracts

Euro. 14.1 Any legislative requirement to account for the Goods or Services in Euro Є (or to prepare for such accounting), instead of and/or in addition to Pounds Sterling £, shall be implemented by the Contractor at nil charge to the Authority. 14.2 The Authority shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with clause 14.1 by the Contractor.

The Authority Client shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with clause 14.1 by the Contractorsuch changes.

Euro. 14.1 9.2.1 Any legislative requirement to account for the Goods or Services in Euro Є (or to prepare for such accounting), instead of and/or in addition to Pounds Sterling £, shall be implemented by the Contractor Service Provider at nil charge to the Authority.Authority.‌ 14.2 9.2.2 The Authority shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with clause 14.1 Clause 9.2.1 by the ContractorService Provider.

Euro. 14.1 13.1 Any legislative requirement to account for the Goods or Services performance by the Fund of its obligations under the Contract in Euro Є (€) (or to prepare for such accounting), instead of and/or in addition to GB Pounds Sterling (£), shall be implemented by the Contractor Fund at nil charge to the Authority. 14.2 13.2 The Authority shall provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate compliance with clause 14.1 by the ContractorFund with its obligations under Clause 13.1 (Euro).
