Common use of EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Clause in Contracts

EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. During the term of this Agreement, Conga represents that it is and will remain self- certified to the EU-U.S. program managed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission and will comply with the relevant Privacy Shield Principles in its Processing of Customer Data. Additionally, Conga represents that it has been awarded TRUSTe’s privacy seal signifying that Conga’s associated practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe’s privacy program requirements.
