EU Directive. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 10, in countries in which the European Union Acquired Rights Directive applies, collective bargaining agreements and any other agreements with employee representatives will continue to apply after the Distribution Date to the extent and in the manner provided for by local law.
