Ethical and Religious Directives. In the event the Agreement includes a provision limiting the services Provider will provide, the following is applicable:
Ethical and Religious Directives. Resident shall not provide any services to or perform any procedures in the Hospital that are in violation of the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services (the “Directives”), as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, as amended from time to time and as interpreted by the local xxxxxx.
Ethical and Religious Directives. With respect to activities performed at any Catholic hospital within XXXXX Health, Resident agrees to strictly abide by the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, as approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and promulgated by the local Ordinary.

Ethical and Religious Directives. The parties acknowledge that Hospital is a member of Ascension Health and that the operation of Hospital in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Washington, D.C. of the Roman Catholic Church or its successor ("Directives") and the principles and beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church is a matter of conscience to Hospital. It is the intent and agreement of the parties that neither this Agreement nor any part hereof shall be construed to require Hospital to violate said Directives in its operation and all parts of this Agreement must be interpreted in a manner that is consistent with said Directives. In performing services under this Agreement, Resident shall conduct his/her activities in a manner consistent with said Directives. A copy of the Ethical and Religious Directives may be obtained by contacting the legal services department.
Ethical and Religious Directives. Participant agrees that his/her performance under the Agreement shall be in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, Fifth Edition, as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, as amended from time to time, and as interpreted by the local xxxxxx (the “Directives”). As of the date of the Agreement, the Directives are available at the following website: xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about/doctrine/ethical-and-religious- directives/ In the event that CHI determines in good faith that Participant has breached its obligations pursuant to Sections 1.1 or 1.2 of this Exhibit, CHI may, upon notice to Participant, immediately terminate the Agreement.
Ethical and Religious Directives. The Parties acknowledge that Seton is limited by the Ethical and Religious Directives of the Catholic Church and cannot provide ERD Restricted Services in Seton facilities. UT agrees that it will cooperate with and assist the CCC and Central Health such that (i) the ERDs shall not impede the delivery of medically appropriate health care to the residents of Xxxxxx County outside of Seton facilities and (ii) the ERDs do not limit the education provided by Faculty to Medical Students and Residents. UT will participate with providers other than Seton to assure the education and training of the Residents and Medical Students in a comprehensive range of clinical services and the availability of such clinical services to Xxxxxx County residents.

The parties acknowledge that Saint John's is a member of Ascension Health and that the operation of Saint John's in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Washington, D.C., of the Roman Catholic Church or its successor ("Directives") and the principles and beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church is a matter of conscience to Saint John's. It is the intent and agreement of the parties that neither this Agreement nor any part hereof shall be construed to require Saint John's to violate said Directives in its operation and all parts of this Agreement must be interpreted in a manner that is consistent with said Directives. In performing services under this Agreement, Saint John's and KMS shall conduct their activities in a manner consistent with said Directives.
Ethical and Religious Directives. The parties acknowledge that the operations of the applicable Eligible Recipients, Ascension Health, and their affiliates are in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services, as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Washington, D.C., of the Roman Catholic Church or its successor (“Ethical and Religious Directives”) and the principles and beliefs of the Roman Catholic Church are a matter of conscience to Ascension Health, the applicable Eligible Recipients and their affiliates. It is the intent and agreement of the parties that neither this ASP Agreement nor any part hereof shall be construed to require the applicable Eligible Recipients, Ascension Health, or their affiliates to violate said Ethical and Religious Directives in their operation and all parts of this ASP Agreement must be interpreted in a manner that is consistent with said Ethical and Religious Directives. 3.3.
Ethical and Religious Directives. Accretive acknowledges that Ascension Health and each Affiliate conduct their operations in a manner consistent with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Washington D.C., of the Roman Catholic Church or its successor. While performing Services pursuant to the MSA, Accretive shall provide Services in accordance with the Ethical and Religious Directives. Disputes regarding violation of this Section 33.01 shall not be subject to the arbitration provisions of Section 26.03, but rather shall be decided by a Catholic ethicist to be mutually selected by the Ascension Health and Accretive.
