Estoppel Certificate As defined in Section 23.1(a).
Reminder Notice means a notice in writing issued in accordance with clause 7.1(1)(a).
Estoppel Letter A document executed by the Cooperative Corporation certifying, with respect to a Cooperative Unit, (i) the appurtenant Proprietary Lease will be in full force and effect as of the date of issuance thereof, (ii) the related stock certificate was registered in the Mortgagor's name and the Cooperative Corporation has not been notified of any lien upon, pledge of, levy of execution on or disposition of such stock certificate, and (iii) the Mortgagor is not in default under the appurtenant Proprietary Lease and all charges due the Cooperative Corporation have been paid.
Non-Renewal Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Renewal Notice As defined in Section 1.4(a).
Cure Notice means a notice of a proposed amount to be paid on account of a Cure Claim in connection with an Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease to be assumed under the Plan pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, which notice shall include: (a) procedures for objecting to proposed assumptions of Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases; (b) Cure Claims to be paid in connection therewith; and (c) procedures for resolution by the Bankruptcy Court of any related disputes.
Property Notice means any order, notice, proposal, demand or other requirement issued by any competent authority (including the Landlord) which materially affects the Academy Trust’s ability to use the Land for the purposes of the Academy. Restrictions on Land transfer
SNDA means a Supplemental New Drug Application, as defined in the FDCA and applicable regulations promulgated thereunder.
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Rectification Notice means a notice in writing that identifies a defect in a work and requires rectification of the defect within a specified period of time.
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
CAFA Notice means the notice of this Settlement to be served upon State and Federal authorities as required by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. § 1715.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Landlord Consent and Estoppel means, with respect to any Leasehold Property, a letter, certificate or other instrument in writing from the lessor under the related lease, pursuant to which, among other things, the landlord consents to the granting of a Mortgage on such Leasehold Property by the Credit Party tenant, such Landlord Consent and Estoppel to be in form and substance acceptable to Collateral Agent in its reasonable discretion, but in any event sufficient for Collateral Agent to obtain a Title Policy with respect to such Mortgage.
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Tender Notice means the Tender Notice set out in Part 1 of this TenderDocument;
Objection Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.
Landlord Waiver means a letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and executed by a landlord in respect of Inventory of a Loan Party located at any leased premises of a Loan Party pursuant to which such landlord, among other things, waives or subordinates on terms and conditions reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent any Lien such landlord may have in respect of such Inventory.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Proper notice to the county inspector means that the pipeline company or its contractor shall keep the person responsible for the inspection continually informed of the work schedule and any schedule changes, and shall provide at least 24 hours’ written notice before trenching, permanent tile repair, or backfilling is undertaken at any specific location. The pipeline company may request that the county inspector designate a person to receive such notices.
Escalation Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.
Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
First Offer Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.4(a).
