Establishments. Project Manager shall have a term of three calendar days to approve the Payment Application. Once the Payment Application has been approved, CFZ will submit the corresponding invoices to ESTABLISHMENT and ESTABLISHMENT shall pay for such invoices within the following ten (10) calendar days after an acceptable invoice was submitted. The monthly payment will not be a fixed amount but will depend on deliverables and Work completed through the date of Payment Application.
