Establishment Plan Clause Samples
The Establishment Plan clause outlines the requirements and procedures for setting up a project, facility, or service at the outset of an agreement. It typically details the steps, timelines, and responsibilities for both parties to ensure that the initial setup is completed efficiently and according to agreed standards. For example, it may specify deadlines for site preparation, equipment installation, or staff training. The core function of this clause is to provide a clear roadmap for the commencement phase, minimizing misunderstandings and delays by defining expectations and deliverables from the start.
Establishment Plan. Subject to clause 3.3, upon request from the Agency, the Sponsor must:
(a) prepare an establishment plan that sets out information requested by the Agency relating to the establishment of the Charter School (Establishment Plan) (for example, key activities with target completion dates and milestones to be satisfied before opening the Charter School);
(b) provide a copy of the Establishment Plan to the Agency;
(c) submit an Establishment Plan progress report to the Agency at times and/or intervals requested by the Agency; and
(d) provide the Agency with any other information reasonably requested by the Agency relating to the Sponsor’s progress against its Establishment Plan and relevant steps for establishment of the Charter School.
Establishment Plan. AT and the Operator shall by the Variation Commencement Date, to the extent that they have not already done so: a perform the respective activities assigned to them in the Establishment Plan: b enter into the Relevant Agreements identified in the Establishment Plan, in the respective capacities described in the Establishment Plan.
Establishment Plan. Released under the Official Information Act 1982 The Provider will prepare and submit an establishment plan for the Service by no later than 1 August 2021. If at any point you think you are behind schedule or will not be able to start or finish any material aspect of your Establishment Plan, then you need to communicate that to us as soon as possible so that we can discuss with you how you plan to respond to that.
Establishment Plan. Not less than 45 days prior to the scheduled completion of the installation, submit an Establishment Plan to the Engineer for review and comment. Installation will be considered complete only when the Establishment Plan has been accepted by the Engineer. Specifically describe the methods, activities, materials and schedule to achieve establishment and inspection of plants and incidental landscaping as described in 580-4. Acceptance of the Establishment Plan is not a release from responsibility for the overall establishment and maintenance of the landscape area as required in the Contract Documents. Perform any ancillary activities that may be required to adequately establish and maintain the plants and landscape area.
Establishment Plan. 3.1 The parties acknowledge the Varied PSA requires them to have agreed certain matters and completed certain tasks set out in the Establishment Plan before the Variation Commencement Date. Accordingly the parties agree that they will each use their best endeavours to reach agreement on all matters and complete all tasks set out in the Establishment Plan by the Variation Commencement Date. If any of those matters is not agreed by the Variation Commencement Date then the default provisions in the Establishment Plan shall apply in relation to such matters that are not agreed.
