Establishment of the Committee. There shall be a Hatchery Committee composed of one (1) representative of each Party, provided that a Party is not required to appoint a representative and further provided that the Power Purchasers may participate as a non-voting observer through a single representative whom they will designate from time to time. A Party shall provide all other Parties with written notice of its designated representative.
Establishment of the Committee. 6.1.1 Not later than the date of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish a permanent committee to undertake the functions set out in Clause 6.4.1 (Committee).
Establishment of the Committee. (a) GEOSP and PP hereby establish the Committee. The Committee shall consist of seven members, three appointed by each of GEOSP and PP and a seventh member, who shall be the Company's President and who shall be selected in accordance with Section 7.3(a) and treated for all purposes of this LLC Agreement as being appointed to the Committee by GEOSP. At any time the Company does not have a President, GEOSP may designate the seventh member, who shall serve until a President is appointed in accordance with Section 7.3 of this LLC Agreement. The Chairman of the Committee shall be designated by GEOSP from among the members of the Committee appointed by GEOSP, and the Vice-Chairman of the Committee shall be designated by PP from among the members of the Committee appointed by PP. The members of the Committee shall serve at the pleasure and on behalf of the party that appointed such member, until such member resigns or is removed by the party that appointed such member. All such members shall be officers, directors or employees of a Member or the Company. A member of the Committee may be removed, with or without cause, only by the party that appointed such member.
Establishment of the Committee. 2.1. A process is hereby established to create a Committee, pursuant to CEAA 2012.

The Employer and Union agree to the establishment of a Labor- Management Relations Committee which shall be utilized to communicate between the parties on a regular basis. The Committee may address itself to employment problems encountered by the employees, questions over contract administration and general activities which shall enhance the Employer's mission of providing quality health care to the community.

The Parties each hereby agree to work together in good faith in the collaboration under this Agreement and to keep each other reasonably informed of its activities under this Agreement. Additionally, and in support of the foregoing, promptly after the Effective Date, the Parties will form a committee comprised of six (6) people in total to facilitate communication between the Parties and to administer the collaboration (the “Committee”). Each Party shall have equal representation in the Committee. Each Party shall have the right from time to time to substitute new members, on a permanent or temporary basis, for any of its previously designated members of the Committee. Each Party shall bear its own costs associated with participation in the Committee.
