Establishment and Status. 1. There is hereby established the Academy as an International Organization.
2. The Academy shall possess full international legal personality.
3. The Academy shall inter alia have the legal capacity:
(a) to contract;
(b) to acquire and dispose of immovable and movable property;
(c) to institute and respond to legal proceedings;
(d) to take such other action as may be necessary for the fulfillment of its purpose and activities.
4. The Academy shall operate in accordance with this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. 1. There is hereby established the Centre as an international organization.
2. The Centre shall possess international legal personality.
3. The Centre shall inter alia have the capacity:
(a) to contract;

4. The Centre shall operate in accordance with this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. Article I. The Organization
1. The European Public Law Organization is hereby established as an international organization, hereinafter referred to as the "Organization" or "EPLO".
2. EPLO shall possess full international legal personality and enjoy such capacities as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfillment of its purposes.
3. Political considerations shall not influence the Organization in its activities, management and staffing.
4. The Organization shall operate in accordance with this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. 1. There is hereby established the Joint Vienna Institute (the “Institute”) as an in- ternational organization with full juridical personality.
2. The Institute shall operate in accordance with this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. 1. The International Commission on Missing Persons is hereby established as an international organisation, hereinafter referred to as “the Commission”.
2. The Commission shall possess full international legal personality and enjoy such capacities as may be necessary for the exercise of its functions and the fulfilment of its purposes.
3. The Commission shall operate in accordance with this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. 1. The full name of the international organisation shall be: “Western Balkans Cyber Capacity Centre” (WB3C).
Establishment and Status. The Buyer is a company duly incorporated and validly existing in accordance with Brazilian Laws and registered with EIN by the Ministry of the Economy. The Buyer has full authority, capacity and legitimacy to assume and comply with all obligations under this Agreement.
Establishment and Status. 1. There is hereby established the International Network for Bamboo and Rattan, hereinafter referred to as “INBAR” or the “Network”; it shall operate as an autonomous, non-profit, international organization.
2. The Network shall enjoy full juridical personality in international law. In the territories of the Parties, INBAR shall enjoy such legal capacities, privileges and immunities as are agreed upon with those Parties.
